All the studios are constructed as an individual room within a room. They do not share walls with one another and are built on a floating floor construction.

Attenation between studios is excellent with the studios retaining 65dB. You will need to add your own acoustic treatment which will further assist the sound quality.

There are toilets, a shower, kitchenette and communal lounge area all for the studios to use only

We are building a canal side bar/restaurant on the ground floor of the building as well as a roof top garden and cafe.
