STUDIO APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME LAUNCH

JAMES City & Guilds and Creative & Cultural Skills are inviting all studio owners managers and employers to the launch of a new Studio Apprenticeship programme which is scheduled to take place on 17 July at Metropolis Studios London W4. This industry-approved apprenticeship and qualification framework for Sound Engineering and Recording facilities will be available from Autumn 2013. Keynote speakers at the launch will include Hon Ed Vaizey MP (Creative Industries Minister); Catherine Lage (Creative & Cultural Skills); Kerry McLennan-McKenzie (City & Guilds); Vic Grimes (NAS); Phil Harding (JAMES); Tony Platt (Producer); and Mark Rose (Programme Manager).
