STUDIO SPACE OFF KITCHEN
1. Could easily be taken apart in a day. The room will be much larger because effectively it’s a room within a room and totally soundproofed from the rest of the house.
2. If incorporated back as part of the kitchen it would significantly increase that area: (quiet reading room / kid’s playroom close to kitchen)
3. Reinstate the side door and windows, (plumbing already there to add a bathroom) and you have a separate granny annex /self contained space for au-pair / air B&B separate from the main house.
