At approximately 400 sq. foot rent is £1350.00 per calendar month inclusive of VAT (£1125.00 exc. VAT).
Rent includes all services and bills (electricity and internet) so there shouldn’t be any extra costs on top.
Contract is 3 months up front, plus £1350 deposit (refundable upon vacating the space).
After the first three months a rolling contract takes effect with either party able to give 1 months notice.
Ideally looking for someone fairly long term, but at the moment I would prefer the flexibility of this arrangement. References would be preferred if possible.
