Located in Wandsworth, SW18 only a stones throw from the river, the studio consists of a control room, large live room that can accommodate a 5 piece band and a separate live/drum room. There is also an office space which could be used for a small studio/writing room setup.
At £3950 plus vat per month (1 year minimum rental period – rate negotiable depending on length of contract) the studio is perfectly suited for recording bands or could be used for a small business that needs 3 separate recording spaces and an office/writing suite. Rent includes Wifi, parking spaces and all bills. Shared kitchen, lounge and toilet. Gated community / 24 hour access.
