Viewings welcomed to get the feel of the place. The Olympic Park is a stone’s throw away and there are some great bars/cafés/restaurants around including the one directly below, which sits on the canal side. There is also a gym opposite.
The boring stuff:
• One month’s rent as deposit in advance. Rent paid a month in advance before you start.
• Proof of ID required, photocopy of passport and current utility bill showing address for the landlord.
• One month’s notice required to vacate.
