He has worked with a wide array of artists including Treetop Flyers, Florence and the Machine, John ‘Rhino Edwards (Status Quo, Dexys), Richard File (Unkle) and Night Engine and has also toured the UK, Europe and USA extensively.
Matthew says, “I have fantastic rhythm, time and feel as well as great ears; I can pick up songs/parts in next to no time. I believe myself to have a real signature sound on the instrument and always ensure to play exactly what any given song needs. I am also a very competent singer with a lot of experience singing and writing complex harmony parts for artists I’ve worked with.
